Queensland Women’s Week 2020 – OPEN NOW
Queensland Women’s Week is an expansion of International Women’s Day, providing for a week-long, statewide celebration of the achievements of Queensland women and girls. Applications are now open for community grants of up to $3000 to host events, projects and activities during Queensland Women’s Week to be held from 6 to 15 March 2020.
Festivals Australia – CLOSES SOON
Festivals Australia funds high-quality arts projects that invite community participation and audience engagement. Projects can include but are not limited to a parade, performance, workshop, installation or exhibition. The aim is to give community members living in regional or remote Australia the chance to participate in or attend an arts experience at a festival, or a significant one-off community celebration.
Community Giving Fund – OPEN NOW
Aurizon (ASX: AZJ) is Australia’s largest rail freight operator and a top 50 ASX company. Their Aurizon Community Giving Fund is now open, offering cash grants of up to $20,000 to eligible charities and community groups.
Year of Outback Tourism Events Program – OPEN NOW
The $10 million Outback Tourism Infrastructure Fund will help establish much needed tourism infrastructure in Outback Queensland. Fifteen projects have been awarded funding—from Adels Grove and Cobbold Gorge in the north, all the way down to Roma and Cunnamulla in the south.
