Regional Arts Fund Community Workshop
October 19 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am AEST
In conjunction with the Brigalow Arts Festival, Flying Arts Alliance (FAA) will be facilitating a free workshop about the Regional Arts Fund. The Regional Arts Fund is funding provided by Regional Arts Australia (RAA) on behalf of the Australian Government. In Queensland, the funding is administered by Flying Arts Alliance through a grant program.
This workshop provides an opportunity for regional arts workers, practitioners and community organisations to communicate with the organisation directly about the RAF, and learn the ins-and-outs of submitting a grant application.
Topics covered include:
• Funding streams
• Application assessment criteria
• How to apply
• Who is eligible
• How to create a budget
The presentation will be followed with morning tea and networking.
The Regional Arts Fund (RAF) is an Australian Government program designed to benefit regional and remote arts practitioners, arts workers, audiences and communities. The fund is provided through Regional Arts Australia and is administered in Queensland by Flying Arts Alliance.
This project was made possible by the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund, which supports the arts in regional and remote Australia.
